Ever feel like you’ve tried everything—therapy, advice, endless strategies—but you’re still stuck?
Maybe you’re doing your absolute best to help your child, yet nothing seems to click. Maybe you’re starting to wonder, Is it me? Am I failing?
First, take a deep breath. You’re not alone. And you’re not failing.
Sometimes, we just need a different approach—one that goes beyond quick fixes and gets to the heart of what’s really going on. That’s where Sarah comes in.
With a mix of coaching, education, and a whole lot of intuition, she helps people see things differently—kind of like putting on Glasses of Greatness for the first time. Suddenly, what felt impossible starts to make sense. You gain tools, support, and clarity to move forward in a way that actually feels right for you.
It’s not about being “fixed.” You were never broken. It’s about discovering new ways to live, parent, and be that align with who you truly are.
So, what if things could be different? What if you didn’t have to figure it all out alone? Let’s start there.

Sarah's Story
After three years of secondary education, Sarah was married and by age 24 had three children under the age of 3. As a new wife and mother, Sarah did her best to make her home the ideal place to grow physically, spiritually and emotionally. She also quickly learned that not all children are the same and with more children coming, and the needs of her children varying greatly, Sarah's life began to unravel. Her children's school did not know how to address the needs of one of her children and neither did she. Sarah enrolled in Coach U as a means to not only help herself but to be given the tools to help others as well. With her intuitive wisdom, she was already a magnet for people seeking advice. When that was not enough and not geared specifically to the family, she took a friend's advice and signed up for a new parenting class based on the Nurtured Heart Approach®. That was a key turning point in her life as she had finally found an approach that understood the needs of one of her most difficult children. She repeated that class and went on to become a Certified Trainer and then three times over Advanced Trainer while changing her own life and the trajectory of her family. When her oldest had begun the teenage years and clearly had different needs than her brother, Sarah attended and graduated from the Academy of Family Coach Training armed with a recommendation from her coach and mentor from Coach U to specialize in Family Coaching as that has always been her passion. Sarah says that every effective training she has taken has overlapped with her ever growing understanding of the Nurtured Heart Approach® and that is why she chooses to primarily teach that approach. Sarah is perpetually engaged in the world of self education and personal development as it is what makes her who she is. She is now a proud wife of 31 years, mother, mother-in-law and grandmother with a deep love for her family and an even greater appreciation of the fine people they continue to grow into and become.
